Our CleanFlow water and wastewater asset condition management system enables asset owners and contractors to store asset information and images. Condition assessment is easy, reporting is a breeze and importing/exporting of files is intuitive to complete.

Options for the CleanFlow software include the ability to alter the standard the software uses. Current available standards include those for the United States, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. The application has a backbone that will support any language and any coding standard.

A GIS (Geospatial Information System) is embedded into the software environment. Benefits include:

The CleanFlow application includes a scoring system module for some of the current standards. Benefits of the scoring system include:

• Quantification of pipe defects/faults
• Report shows a fault severity graph along the pipe length
• Peak, average, and mean scores for the pipe length
• Export to Sewrat for Australian standard
• High quality analysis tool

Manhole Software

Manhole is perfect for storing the observations and images taken during a manhole inspection. Benefits include:

• Data stored in one collection point
• Images stored with corresponding data
• Files can be imported/exported
• Graphical display of manhole dimensions and inlets/outlets
• Customizable data set

Searches can be made on the data collected – data retrieval is fast! All observations taken of the manhole can be displayed in report format.

The report formats are as shown and also the observation including the image taken. The graphic displayed shows the actual manhole dimensions and the observations are linked to the depth at which they were taken.
